Key Sale Highlights:
- Illinois, Marion County: A 154 acre farm sold at auction across seven tracts for $1.3 million, averaging $6,217 per acre, including multiple cropland parcels with soil productivity indexes of 106.5 and 108.9 and several recreation components.
- Iowa, Wright County: A 160 acre farm sold for $1.5 million, averaging $9,200 per acre, with 97 percent tillable ground, strong corn and soybean PLC yields and non highly erodible land classification.
- Kansas, Marion County: A 319 acre farm sold for $1.4 million across five tracts, including cropland and CRP parcels with annual payments through 2033, plus wheat and soybean base acres.
- Minnesota, Pope County: A 155 acre farm sold for $862,598, averaging $5,525 per acre, including cropland with soil productivity indexes of 53.9 and CRP acres within a recreational parcel.
